Would like to introduce you to our new executive chef, Kieran Smith, who joins us at such an exciting time as we enter the next phase of our major refurbishment. Kieran is a Yorkshire lad who has progressed his career through a number of 3 and 4 AA Rosette and Michelin Star establishments, most recently as Head Chef at the Box Tree Restaurant, Ilkley.
Kieran joins us as we continue to progress with our development of our NEW RESTAURANT CONCEPT, OPENING MAY 2020. With booth and bespoke banquette seating, lighting and soft furnishings we will also be offering alfresco dining in our contemporary retractable glass atrium, with a food off ering refl ecting modern British cuisine with classical roots.
